Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Rapport & Routines LLC collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and who else sees it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
Who we are
Rapport & Routines LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a funding access and lender matching business. You can reach us any time at rapportandroutines@gmail.com, and we will provide a mailing address on request.
We are not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, issue loans, or determine the terms of any offer you receive.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form on this site, you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- The type of funding you are interested in
- Anything you write in the notes field
We also record the date and time you submitted the form. If you email or call us afterward, we keep that correspondence.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, dates of birth, or copies of identification through the form or by email. If a lender needs that information later, it will be collected through that lender’s own secure process, not ours.
Information collected automatically
This site does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tracking. We do not build a profile of your browsing.
Two ordinary technical exceptions apply. Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site. And the fonts used on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Neither is used by us to identify you.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to:
- Contact you to schedule and hold your consultation
- Understand your situation well enough to give you a useful assessment
- Identify lenders and products that may fit what you are trying to fund
- Introduce you to those lenders, with your knowledge
- Follow up with you about your inquiry and, if you become a client, your ongoing work with us
- Keep our own business records and meet any legal or recordkeeping obligations
Who we share it with
Lenders and funding partners
This is the important one, because it is the core of what we do. If we identify lenders or funding partners that may fit your situation, we will share relevant information about you with them so they can evaluate whether to work with you. Depending on the lender and the product, that may include your contact details, what you are seeking to fund, and information you have given us about your financial position.
We tell you which lenders we intend to introduce you to, and we do not send your information to a lender until you have agreed to that introduction. You can decline any particular lender, at any point, without it affecting how we work with you.
We may be paid by lenders. Some lenders and funding partners pay a commission or referral fee when someone we introduce goes on to receive funding. That compensation does not change what we tell you about your options. If an offer is not worth taking, we will say so.
Once a lender receives your information, that lender’s own privacy policy governs what they do with it. We do not control their practices, and we encourage you to read them.
Service providers
We use ordinary business tools to run the company, and those providers process your information on our behalf:
- Google — consultation form submissions are recorded in Google Sheets and notifications are sent through Gmail, both within our own Google account.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
Legal reasons
We may disclose information if we are required to by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not rent or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not share your information with lenders you have not been told about.
- We do not pull your credit report from this website. Any credit inquiry happens through a lender, with your authorization, at a later stage.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation inquiries for as long as needed to work with you, and afterward for our business records. Inquiries that do not turn into a client relationship are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Tell us to stop contacting you
- Decline to be introduced to any particular lender
Email rapportandroutines@gmail.com and we will handle it. There is no cost, and asking will not affect how we treat you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor these requests regardless of whether a specific law requires us to.
Security
Information you submit is stored in access-controlled accounts, and this site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — which is the reason we ask you not to send sensitive identifiers through this website.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell people who have contacted us.
